Concept and Foundation: Blue Psychology is an innovative approach to understanding and exploring the depths of the human psyche, combining traditional psychological theories with modern perspectives on nature, interpersonal relationships, and inner harmony. Its primary goal is to investigate how natural laws, archetypal patterns, and internal balance shape human behavior, decisions, and lifestyle.
Core Themes of Blue Psychology:
- The Connection Between Nature and Psychology:
- Blue Psychology recognizes that nature reflects the human inner world. Principles governing the natural world—cycles, adaptability, and regeneration—are also vital for understanding the human mind.
- Example: Dynamic processes in nature, such as growth, decay, and the re-establishment of balance, parallel personal growth, crises, and recovery.
- Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious:
- Blue Psychology draws on Carl Jung’s theory of archetypes and the collective unconscious to understand patterns driving our emotions and behavior.
- Archetypes such as the hero, creator, or healer serve as a basis for recognizing our inner motivations and conflicts.
- Inner Balance:
- A central philosophy of Blue Psychology is finding harmony between different parts of the psyche—the intellect, emotions, and intuition.
- Stress and imbalance arise from disharmony among these parts, whereas lasting happiness stems from their integration.
- The Psychology of Relationships:
- Blue Psychology explores how interpersonal relationships act as mirrors of our internal dynamics. Partnerships, friendships, and family ties reveal unconscious patterns.
- Understanding this mirror helps improve relationships and foster personal growth.
- Practical Approaches and Tools:
- Methods such as introspection, meditation, creative expression, and talk therapy aid individuals in achieving a deeper understanding of themselves.
- Emphasis is placed on self-observation and natural rhythms that support regeneration and mental peace.
Unique Features of Blue Psychology:
- Dynamic Leadership Model:
- Blue Psychology is closely linked to the Dynamic Leadership Model, which emphasizes alignment between personal and professional dimensions.
- Leadership inspired by nature: Leaders must understand natural processes to create sustainable organizations and foster balance among team members.
- Integration with Philosophy and Science:
- By combining elements of philosophy, biology, physics, and psychology, Blue Psychology offers a holistic approach to understanding humanity.
- Example: Drawing analogies between natural phenomena (e.g., the flow of water) and psychological processes (e.g., emotional turbulence).
- Connection to Creativity:
- Blue Psychology encourages the use of creative methods to express and resolve inner conflicts.
- Art, writing, music, and movement are tools that help uncover deeply hidden parts of the psyche.
Blue Psychology is, above all, an invitation to deeper self-understanding and a greater awareness of the world around us. Its uniqueness lies in connecting nature, science, and personal reflection, enabling individuals to unlock their potential and establish lasting inner balance. It is not just a psychological theory but a practical approach that reminds us that answers often lie both outside and within ourselves.
To make it easier to understand the entire concept of life, I have expanded the current knowledge and behavior of psychology to several levels of consciousness and subconsciousness, and various ancient knowledge.
Thus, one of my claims is that a person’s personality or the construction of personality is built through 7 generations. I am now proving this with my own example. I made a pedigree, 8 generations back and described the events in the book period, what all influenced their personality, which is part of my character.
I have sometimes entered the data of my paternal grandmother into the research. However, from this work, I will be able to draw some of my own characteristics.
The idea was born during the time I spent in South America, especially in Peru. And while studying the Celestine Records, I gained a different insight into the structure of human consciousness, so by studying other ancient knowledge, I began to find that each one explains in its own way, the formation through seven steps.
And now I am trying to prove this with my own example.
Let’s look at the first results and what influenced them. The research was done until 1790, which means 9 generations.
The Influence of My Family Tree on My Personality
As I look at the family tree of my grandmother on my father’s side, I recognize deeply rooted values that have shaped my personality. The heritage of the Košanski family, filled with stories of perseverance, connection to nature, family values, and historical challenges, has profoundly influenced who I am today. Here are the key aspects passed down to me:
- Resilience and Adaptability:
- My ancestors faced various hardships, from economic challenges to relocations. Their ability to persevere and adapt inspires me to focus on solutions and growth even in the toughest times.
- Respect for Nature and Hard Work:
- The family’s work on the land and connection to nature were the foundation of their lives. This tradition instilled in me a deep respect for natural resources and the value of effort in achieving goals.
- Strong Family Bonds:
- The family’s history reveals strong connections among members who always supported and helped one another. This value has solidified my sense of community and the importance of mutual aid.
- Respect for Tradition and Identity:
- Preserving family names and pride in ancestral roots encourages me to cherish my history as a vital part of my identity.
- Responsibility and Determination:
- Ancestors who took on responsibilities for their families and households at a young age set an example of reliability and determination that I strive to follow.
- Openness and Cultural Breadth:
- The historical influences from Slovenia, Croatia, and Austria-Hungary have passed on a broad perspective on the world and tolerance for diverse cultures and traditions.
Historical Events That Influenced My Ancestors and Consequently Me
- Turkish Invasions (15th-17th Century):
- Constant raids taught my ancestors caution, resilience, and the importance of community for survival.
- Feudal System and Serfdom:
- Living under feudal rule ingrained a sense of hard work and adaptability.
- Reformation and Counter-Reformation:
- These conflicts influenced religious identity and moral values, strengthening their commitment to beliefs.
- Maria Theresa and Joseph II Reforms (18th Century):
- Education and tax reforms increased awareness of individual rights and responsibilities.
- The Collapse of Austria-Hungary and the Formation of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes (1918):
- Transitioning to a new political system demanded adjustments to uncertainties and changes.
- World War II (1939-1945):
- Extreme circumstances fostered solidarity, survival skills, and family unity.
- Post-War Yugoslavia:
- Collectivization and socialism required a balance between communal interests and personal ambitions.
- The Dissolution of Yugoslavia (1991):
- Economic and political instability reinforced pragmatism and the ability to adapt quickly.
My personality is deeply intertwined with my family’s history and the events that shaped them. Resilience, hard work, connection to nature, respect for tradition, and openness to the world are the legacies I carry within me. Understanding these influences helps me not only comprehend who I am but also nurture and pass on this heritage to future generations.
Summarizing these factors, it is realistic to conclude that this branch of ancestry has influenced my personality to the extent of 40% to 60%, depending on how strongly their values and heritage were present in the upbringing in my life. I will describe this in detail in the following articles, who am I anyway!
